The National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) obtained the international ISO 9001:2015 certification, which validates the efficiency of its administrative processes.
In a statement, he detailed that the certification was granted by the company Testing Conformity Certification Mexico (TCCM), which verified the quality indicators in the procedures related to the reception, registration and response to requests from education workers.
Alfonso Cepeda Salas, senator for Morena and leader of the teachers’ union, pointed out that this “unprecedented certification represents a fundamental step in its commitment to transparency, efficiency and delivery of results.”
