Stray Kids held a solo concert at Tokyo Dome for three days on the 14th, 16th, and 17th and announced the start of the ‘DominATE JAPAN’ performance.
This is part of the new world tour currently underway and the first Tokyo Dome concert in about a year since the ‘5-STAR Dome Tour 2023′, which successfully concluded last year with a total of 10 concerts in 5 cities in Korea and Japan. All concerts were held on the same day that tickets opened. All tickets were sold out, demonstrating Stray Kids’ strong local popularity.
Stray Kids heated up Tokyo Dome with their intense energy. The performance opened with the song ‘MOUNTAINS’ from the mini album ‘ATE’, which ranked first on the US Billboard main chart ‘Billboard 200’ for 5 consecutive times, followed by ‘Sorikkun’, ‘God’s Menu’, ‘Special’, and ‘Maniac ( A medley of the group’s representative songs such as ‘MANIAC’, ‘Chk Chk Boom’, ‘JJAM’, and the eight members’ They presented a rich stage with a total of 35 songs, including a solo stage, and captured the hearts of fans.
The highlight of the Tokyo Dome performance was the moment when the title song of the same name, ‘Giant’, from the 2nd Japanese album released on the 13th, was performed for the first time on stage. Like the song’s name meaning ‘giant’, Stray Kids presented a grand scale and powerful performance, and the audience responded with loud cheers, completing an unforgettable moment. Stray Kids, who enjoy tremendous local popularity, recently topped major charts such as Oricon, Line Music, and iTunes to commemorate the release of their new album, and topped the charts with SUNTORY, Osaka HEP FIVE, and Japanese railway company JR Tokai.
