Football / The final word for the Alma Fano – Jesina ‘issue’ will be on 27 November in Rome

The President of the First Section of the Board of Guarantee has set the hearing for 1pm where the appeal of the Leoncello club in the third and final degree will be discussed

JESI, 18 November 2024 – We have reached the finish line.

Il President of the First Section of the Board of Guaranteelawyer Vito Branca, has scheduled the next hearing session of the Section chaired by him, which will be held on 27 November 2024, starting from 1.00 pm, to discuss and examine, among other things, Jesina’s appeal.

Appeal presented on 31 October 2024, by A.S. Jesina S.r.l. against the FIGC-LND Marche Regional Committeethe National Amateur League (LND)the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and theAlma Juventus Fano 1906 S.r.l. for the annulment of the decision of the various bodies regarding the request of the Leoncello club which essentially he had asked the non-admission of Alma Fano to Excellence and, as a consequence, of insert Jesina into the top Marche championship.

At this point all that remains is to wait, with understandable curiosity, to understand what will be the practical consequences (continuation of the championships) if the Board of Guarantee were to accept Jesina’s requests.

On the contrary, if the Coni Guarantee Boardas already done by Federal Territorial Court (first degree) and from Federal Court of Appeal of Rome (second degree) will reject the Jesi request for all championships, Excellence and Promotion, they will continue regularly as initiates and have reached the 11th day.
