Included in the coverage is a 24/7 customer support service, with dedicated support via WhatsApp.
The second novelty is called Second Opinionrapid consultancy service via WhatsApp specialized in the orthopedic field with the team coordinated by Dr. Andrea Panzeri, president of the Fisi Medical Commission since 2019 and medical director of the Federation. In the event of an accident, the customer will have a second and qualified medical opinion available through a teleconsultation service with orthopedic experts: in addition to Panzeri, doctors will be involved in the project Riccardo Accept, Alexander Meersseman, Gabriele Thiebat, Martina Zuffada, Andrea Bertagnon, Andrea Colombo e Giulia Facco. The service was born from the exclusive partnership with Snowcare and aims to support the customer with precious care instructions that are very useful after the very first urgent visit which usually takes place at the local clinic of the ski resort. Through “Second Opinion” the customer is redirected, if necessary, to more in-depth visits to specialized facilities. Among the clinics currently active: IRCCS Galeazzi-Sant’Ambrogio Hospital, La Madonnina and the Bormio Trauma Centerrecently inaugurated.
The third and final news concerns the launch of Multisport, Shelf Policy available directly in specialized chains, such as the chain DF Sport Specialist (18 points of sale in Northern Italy). Multisport offers complete coverage for the winter season, available in an annual “on shelf” version or which can be activated online for individual days. The solution, dedicated to those who practice various sporting activities, includes a family option and guarantees the reimbursement of unused subscriptions, lessons or rentals in the event of an injury. The policy, offered as a gift card in credit card format, is available in various packaging and allows customers to purchase an insurance solution for sports activities directly in sporting goods stores. Activating the coverage requires a simple online step, where the policyholder’s data and the credit card data are entered.
