The Angolan Government reaffirms its commitment to active professional training and employment promotion policies throughout the country.
The warrant was issued by the Minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security (MAPTSS), Teresa Dias. He said that the Lucala Youth Success Citadel was built in a total area of 108,000 m2, with a built-up area of 78,000 m2 and 30,000 m2, reserved for agricultural uses, budgeted at USD 22,000,000.00 (twenty two million US dollars ) and it has a training capacity for 240 trainees, 120 of whom are boarding students and 120 are day students.
“We hope that by building and establishing this infrastructure, we can expand the access to professional training for young and unemployed people, to give young people access to professional training programs, entrepreneurship and promote professional internships, and also to consolidate. equal opportunities, prioritizing measures and programs that lead to socio-professional inclusion, social justice and the integration of the poorest sectors of the population into the labor market”, he said.

On the other hand, the minister promised that the Government will continue to express public policies aimed at building and re-licensing professional training centers, as well as Employment Centers. “We are aware that there is still a long way to go, towards the realization of a constitutional plan, which aims to promote decent and sustainable employment for all Angolans.
