Within the Communications and Development Department, under the responsibility of the Direct Marketing Manager, you will join a team consisting of two people responsible for digital marketing and donor relations respectively. You will also support the Department Manager in setting up offline fundraising marketing campaigns.
PRINCIPAL MESSAGES
The Functional Marketing Manager (F/M) will be responsible for the following missions:
Ensure that email and telemarketing fundraising activities are implemented and monitored in conjunction with service providers and the consulting group:
• Follow timetables and the development plan
• Summary and coordination of the service provider in charge of creation
• Coordination of proof rounds (collection of scientific abstracts, proof reading and correction of content, verification of proofs)
• Ensuring that the link with the digital marketing manager is on 360 campaigns
• Extract files and make sure database activity is highlighted
• Ensuring campaign reporting
• Monitor compliance with budgets
• Assist in selecting service providers as part of one-on-one consultations
