It’s been almost a year since RBD returned to the biggest stages in Mexico with his reunion tour, I’m Rebel Tour. However, the plans that members like Christian Chávez y Sweet Mary had revealed what the band could have after its closure at the Azteca Stadium would remain ‘up in the air’ after the pop band fired and later sued who their manager, Guillermo Rosas, was, after an alleged millionaire diversion of the profits from the world show.
Among these projects, which became public domain issues due to the same advances that the singers gave on their social networks, is an unreleased album and a song written and produced by Leon Leiden which is named I only ask you. However, even though it was recorded by Anahithe runway has not left and the direction of the unreleased music by RBD It’s a mystery.

But well, right now I have a very close relationship and friendship with everyone, with Christian and Christopher, I am still in contact with Anahí, they are people who have supported me a lot“, began the famous Latin Grammy-nominated singer.
Regarding the possibility of collaborating with the members of RBD individually after the pop band’s possible non-return in 2025, Leon Leiden shared.
“I think that is something very valuable that he has left me. I am always open to supporting him and producing music also in his personal projects“Like a friend,” he said.
The band will release new music; this is a preview
During the same talk with Infobae México, we asked Leon Leiden if he would be willing to bring Anahí back to the world of electro pop or dance as it was in its era My Deliriumto which the young popstar replied:
“I would love to see how I can addr the proposal of Mexican pop 2024 and the future with artists like Anahí who have a lot of experience. For me, if the vibe is there and the friendship exists, turning it into something as beautiful as music is is the best thing for me,” he expressed.

In the midst of the almost zero hopes that the I’m Rebel Tour had a second part as planned, according to Maite Perroni y Christopher Uckermanthe famous singer and actress who gave life to Mia Colucci has confirmed to the program Windowing that she along with Sweet Mary, Christian Chávez and the other two singers already mentionedor recorded unreleased songs for a new studio album that might never come out.

I really don’t make plans, in life I have learned that we only have the here and now. You have to enjoy and be grateful for what you have experienced and not always see the bad but rather enjoy what you have today,” he began in a conversation with Ricardo Manjarrez.

Into the industry and make their mark?
Hello and welcome to our chat, Leon Leiden! It’s an honor to have you here today. Let’s start by talking about your experience working with the former members of RBD on their unreleased album. Can you tell us more about what kind of music you created for them and how the collaboration process went?
Leon Leiden: Sure, working with RBD was an amazing experience. Even though it all happened very quickly, we managed to create something really special. The music we made was a mix of pop and electronic dance, with influences from different genres. It was an organic process where everyone brought their own ideas to the table and we just built on top of them. This project really allowed me to showcase my production skills and also gave me a chance to learn from these veteran performers. The music we recorded is still unreleased, but I hope it sees the light of day someday.
Moving on to the future, there have been rumors about RBD disbanding after their 2025 tour. Do you think the members of RBD will continue to work together on individual projects, or do you see a chance for them to reunite in the future?
Leon Leiden: You know, anything is possible in this industry. I have no inside information about their plans, but I do know that each of them is incredibly talented and deserve all the success they can get. Personally, I would love to work with Anahí again, especially now that we’ve developed a friendship. I think we could create some amazing music together.
Maite Perroni also mentioned in a recent interview that there are unreleased songs from the group. How do you feel about potentially bringing Anahí back into the world of electro-pop or dance, similar to the success she had with “Mi Delirio”?
Leon Leiden: I think Anahí, along with all the other members of RBD, have a lot to offer to the Mexican pop scene. If the vibe is right and we all feel creatively inspired, then why not? I’m always open to exploring new collaborations and genres, and Anahí’s experience and voice could really elevate those types of projects to the next level.
