November 18, 2024 – Dragica Mischler takes over the Finance & Risk Management department at R+V. Board member Marc Michallet will give up the finance department and, in addition to investment management, will be given the foreign and M&A departments. IT director Tillmann Lukosch is responsible for overall risk management. Holger Nieswandt becomes board member of Active Reinsurance.

Holger Nieswandt will lead R+V’s reinsurance business in the future
The Wiesbaden-born woman’s new employer still has another personnel change to make. Dr. Holger Nieswandt (50) will lead R+V Re from mid-April. He succeeds Christoph Lamby, who is retiring after 20 years on the management board (December 8, 2004).

Nieswandt has headed the company’s Research & Development department for more than four years. The economist with a doctorate has been employed at R+V Versicherung since 2011.
