The subsequent audit of the Child Welfare Department said, “It is regrettable that cases of illegal receipt of subsidies from local children’s centers still occur,” and requested that guidance and inspection of local children’s centers be further strengthened.
Vice Chairman Seol Jae-young (People Power Party/Yongmun-dong, Tanbang-dong, Galma 1 and 2-dong) said in an audit of the Gender Equality and Family Welfare Department regarding the women-friendly city creation project, “Even if it is a women-friendly happy village, safety blind spots may still exist.” “As violent crimes have occurred frequently in society recently, we requested that practical measures be quickly taken to eliminate these safety blind spots.” Next, the Hygiene and Audit Committee requested that the Beauty Industry Advisory Committee play an active role in the development of our district’s beauty industry and revitalization of the local economy.
Rep. Next, the hygiene department audit said, “Although the number of guidance inspections of food service establishments decreased this year compared to last year, the number of violations actually increased,” and requested that guidance inspections be strengthened and managed more carefully in the future.

Rep. Shin Hyundae (People Power Party/Proportional Representative) asked about the status of illegal recipients of basic livelihood security during the audit of the Gender Equality and Family Welfare Department, saying, “It is good to see that the number of households receiving illegal benefits has decreased, but the recovery rate is still very low.” He emphasized, “More detailed monitoring is needed to prevent supply and demand.” Next, the hygiene and inspection department pointed out that there was a lack of publicity for the Children and Social Welfare Meal Management Support Center, which has been in integrated operation since this year, and requested that more efforts be made in publicity so that more facilities can benefit.
