Drugs, weapons of war and a family organization dedicated to dealing: the investigating judge of Court Of Lower Nocera, Carlo Biscegliayesterday issued eight sentences for a total of 29 years of imprisonment and approximately 100mila euro of total fines. The investigation, called “Civic 17“, brought to light a system that operated between dealing, injuries and possession of machine guns, headed by a 52-year-old woman, Emilia Capassowho had taken control of operations after his partner’s arrest Vincenzo De Martino.
Capasso was sentenced to 6 years in prison, a shorter sentence than the 10 and a half years requested by the prosecutor Viviana Vessa. The companion, Vincenzo De Martino36 years old, was instead sentenced to 4 years and 4 months, close to the 4 years and 6 months requested. Among other defendants, Salvatore Abenante Of Scafatiassisted by the lawyer Antonio Usielloreceived 3 years and 2 months for possession of weapons, while Francesco Osioresident in Castel San Giorgiowas sentenced to 4 years and 10 months. Even Capasso’s children, Francesco and Maria Rosaria Mariinvolved in the management of the drug dealing, received sentences of 3 years and 10 months and 3 years and 4 months respectively. The sentences for the other defendants include 2 years’ imprisonment for Camillo Nizza Of Pagani and 2 years and 8 months for Giuseppina Vitale Of Lower Nocera.
