The data provided by you will be processed by the Torás City Council, as Data Controller, for the purpose of managing complaints, suggestions and thanks.
The basis of legitimacy for the processing of your data is found in the consent expressed by you by sending this form, in accordance with article 6.1.a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of the data. In the writing you must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and, in turn, you must show or, in the case of postal delivery, accompany an equivalent identification document.
