There are signs of change for Patricia Kelly: first the singer put her holiday home in Mallorca up for sale, and now also her 416 square meter villa in Düsseldorf. She has no concrete plans for the future.
The villa is too big for Patricia Kelly without her children
“The children are fully fledged. What should we do with so many square meters?” Kelly explains to “Bild”. Her sons Alexander, 22, and Iggi, 21, want to leave the nest and a 1,226 square meter property is simply too big for the musician and her husband Denis Sawinkin, 51, alone. What luck for her fans, who can now take a rare look inside Kelly’s four walls. The house is advertised on a real estate portal known throughout Germany and the ad includes a total of 39 photos that show the spacious and stylishly furnished rooms.
From a huge open living and dining room with a fireplace to a separate living area for her sons, which even includes its own kitchen, to two terraces, Patricia Kelly’s villa offers almost everything you could wish for. However, with a sales price of around 1.4 million euros, it seems unlikely that a loyal fan will take over the house. Kelly herself only moved into the villa five years ago.

Too little privacy: her house on Mallorca is also being sold
Patricia Kelly cannot yet say where she will go next. “I’m used to the Kelly family of never being in one place for long,” she notes. However, her holiday home on Mallorca is no longer an option for the 54-year-old, because Kelly also offered the village house, which she lovingly renovated after buying it in 2018, on a real estate platform at the beginning of 2024. The price for the 131 square meter house? 690,000 euros.

Since she no longer has any privacy in the small town, the songwriter decided with a heavy heart to leave her beloved holiday home to another family. In recent years, word had gotten around in the village that a celebrity lived in the house right on the street, Kelly explained to the “Bild” newspaper in February 2024. And added: “It is very important to me that someone does this Buy a house who will appreciate it as much as we did.” It is not publicly known whether the property on Mallorca has now been sold.
