Visit to the departmental waste treatment center. On the occasion of European Waste Reduction Week, the Lozère Departmental Energy and Equipment Union is offering a visit to the Rédoundel departmental waste treatment center this Wednesday, November 20. Rally for the Middle East. This Saturday, November 16, at 10 a.m., on the Place du foirail, in Mende, in front of the war memorial, a rally will be held to demand “a ceasefire in Gaza, peace in the Middle East and respect for international law”.
Clearance at Boutik’soleil. From Tuesday 26 to Saturday 30 November, less 50% on the entire Boutik’soleil of Secours catholique, located at 4 bis avenue du 11-Novembre in Mende. Saturday, November 16, at 9 p.m., at the Chanac multipurpose room, the Blankass acoustic concert is organized, with Guillaume Ledoux, author, composer and singer, Cédric Milard and Jérôme Legrand. Prices: €5 for children (up to CM2) and €10 for adults. Refreshment bar and fast food on site.
Rap and hip-hop workshops. As part of the Mende-Fontanilles Priority District of the city (QPV), the Lozère Education League is organizing workshops with the artist Vin’s around rap and hip-hop, from Monday 18 to Thursday 21 November, in the premises of the Education League, 10-12, rue des clapiers. The workshops will be open to young people aged 11 and over. They will be free, because the project is financed by the State as well as by the Cœur de Lozère community of communes. On Thursday evening there will be a final presentation free and open to all. On the program for the seed rappers: introduction to rap and hip-hop culture, writing lyrics and rhyming techniques, development of flow and rhythm, rapping on instrumental, creation and composition of songs, recording, performance and presentation.
