In Buenos Aires, Argentine police arrested a man who had a large amount of Nazi material in his home. He is accused of being part of an international arms trafficking network.

Agents seized 60 weapons, including 43 rifles with the eagle logo with the swastika, 15 pistols, 5 bayonets and a machine gun. In addition, Nazi flags, military uniforms, caps, helmets and busts of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini were found.

The items were found in a home in Quilmes, on the southern edge of Buenos Aires. The police found the man through a foreign search. The suspect was tracked down in Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of a police investigation into international arms trafficking.

After World War II, many Nazis fled to Argentina in hopes of avoiding prosecution for war crimes. The worst was Adolf Eichmann, who organized the transportation of millions of Jews to the concentration and extermination camps.
