Mexico City. In a surprise visit to a registration module for the Mujeres Bienestar pension, in Iztapalapa, President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo pointed out that it was “something historic in the country that the Supreme Court of Justice could not reverse the reform of the Judiciary.”
It is an enormous advance, “because it means that we want corruption and privileges to end wherever they still exist in Mexico.”

It means, he added, “that on June 1 of next year, all Mexicans will be voting for the ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice, for the magistrates and for judges. That makes us the most democratic country in the world. Now in our country, the people count,” he stressed.
On social networks, he posted a video with a fragment of the meeting.
