During the meeting, President Sisi was briefed on the latest developments in the management of several development files, as part of the state’s ongoing efforts in collaboration with the private sector to increase productivity, economic growth, and improve income levels.

The meeting discussed development efforts in the New Valley Governorate, and the President continued the government’s programs to improve services in the government, including the projects of the Ministry of Health in the government, and increasing the number of units telemedicine, especially in small towns. and remote areas in different departments of the government, and the operational conditions of the “Decent Life” campaign and increasing the benefit of citizens therefrom In addition to projects in the housing sector for rural homes and the expansion of service villages, and land reclamation and an agricultural project in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and the Egypt Future Group, as well as efforts to establish several factories in partnership with the sector. President Sisi was also briefed on the developments in the ongoing work to equip the government’s new capital, whose facilities have begun trial work and which was built north of the city of Kharga, with self-financing outside the general budget of the state, and including all government resources and the public sector in the government, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the provision of services, whether public or investment, and which contributes to government development capabilities.

President Sisi directed the continuation and intensive work on the development projects presented at the meeting, and the completion of projects in the New Valley Government, especially the ongoing work in the new capital of the government in preparation for its opening, emphasizing the importance of linking these projects to the government’s efforts to achieve comprehensive economic development in various areas, and in a way that contributes to raising living standards and the enabling citizens’ lives.

At the same time, President Sisi met with the Prime Minister and Dr. Sameh El Hafny, Minister of Civil Aviation, and informed the President of the state of development of the civil aviation system with all its components, although be it at the air navigation level, the aircraft fleet. , airports, or human workers, and development is carried out according to a clear and integrated strategy in this regard.

– Republican Order No. 462 of 2024, regarding the allocation of a plot of land with an area of ​​approximately 3,888.44 acres from private state owned land, in the Qena Government area, according to the schedule and coordination table, for the Benefit of the Authority Development and Use of New and Renewable Energy, for use in setting up a solar energy station, according to the rules and laws in force in this regard.

– Republican Order No. 463 of 2024, regarding the allocation of a piece of land with an area of ​​approximately 33.64 acres from private land owned by the state in the Ismailia Government area, according to the attached sign and the table of coordinates, for the benefit of the Authority General for Dry Land and Ports, for use in establishing a dry port, according to the relevant regulations In this regard, it was transferred from the land of the industrial area in Qantara East.

– Republican Order No. 467 of 2024 allocating a piece of land measuring 15.22 acres of privately owned land west of Adwa Center in the Minya Governorate desert backwater for the benefit of Minya Governorate; To be used to establish sanitation projects, transferred from land ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ has been given to the armed forces as strategic areas of military importance.

– Resolution 472 of 2024 transferring administrative management over the Special Port of Taba, located on an area of ​​approximately 10.33 acres in South Sinai, from the General Authority for Tourism Development to the General Authority for Red Sea Ports, and is ‘ consider one of its ports, to use it as a tourist passenger port according to the rules and laws established in this case.

– And Resolution No. 474 of 2024, which said: It was approved to change the purpose of using a piece of land with an area of ​​13.62 acres in the area of ​​Kafr El-Zayat in the Government of Gharbia from agricultural reclamation activities to educational activities in accordance with the regulations and the controls that apply in this regard.

– Ratification of the President of the Republic on Law No. 22 of 2024, authorizing the Minister of Petroleum Resources and Mining to enter into a contract with the General Petroleum Corporation of Egypt, BG Delta Limited, and BACL (Egypt) Corporation Limited, to amend the guarantee agreement published. by Law No. 89 of 1995, amended by Law No. 9 of 2002, Law No. 188 of 2008, and Law No. 166 of 2018 for the search and use of petroleum, in the deep sea area of ​​the Western Delta in the Mediterranean Sea.

– Ratification of the President of the Republic on Law No. 23 of 2024, authorizing the Minister of Petroleum Resources and Mining to enter into a contract with the General Petroleum Corporation of Egypt and the General Petroleum Company to implement the guarantee agreement published by Law No. 151 of 2005 to change, to find and use oil in the area northwest of October in the Gulf of Suez.

– Consolidation Law No. 150 of 2024, authorizing the Minister of Petroleum Resources and Mining to enter into a contract with the General Petroleum Corporation of Egypt and the International Petroleum Company of the North S.
