A cancellation fee will be charged as follows depending on the cancellation date. Please note that the viewing date takes precedence over the reservation date.
However, even if the reservation is made within 7 days, if the cancellation is within 10 days from the performance date, the corresponding cancellation fee will be charged.
(However, cancellation policies may vary depending on the product, and the cancellation policy announced by each performance applies first, so please refer to this when making reservations.)

The reservation fee is only refundable if canceled before 12 PM on the day of reservation, and is not refundable after that.
Cancellation can be done directly at MY Performance > Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation or through the customer center (1544-6399).
After the ticket is delivered, PC/mobile cancellation is not possible. Cancellation is possible only if the ticket is returned to Yes24 Customer Center before the cancellation deadline.
(Cancellation fees are charged based on the ticket arrival date, and shipping fees are not refundable.)
