/ world today news/ Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Simeon Dyankov left without consequence the request of the Supreme Judicial Council for more money in this year’s budget.
In his answer to the magistrates, a copy of which IA “CROSS” has, Dyankov explains that the budget for the judiciary was approved by the National Assembly with the law on the state budget for 2013 and it is not subject to change.
What did Minister Dyankov answer to the SJC:
“The budget of the judiciary for 2013 was approved by the National Assembly with the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2013. The Council of Ministers adopted Decree No. 1 of January 9, 2013 on the implementation of the state budget for 2013. The procedure for the budget forecast for the period 2014-2016 started with the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 48 of January 24, 2013 on the budget procedure for 2014. In the course of the budget procedure, within the approved terms, you can present your views on the needs of funds from the budget of the judiciary for 2014”.
