Olivier Siroux could have never participated in the Bachelor. In the show “From seduction to temptation, 20 years of dating shows on TV” broadcast on W9 on November 14, 2024, the first Bachelor spoke about his adventure and made a big revelation. Three years before his participation, he was indeed affected by a terrible illness: a cancer. “I am someone who is very lucky despite complicated moments like the death of my father and I had cancer when I was 29. I could have not been there.” he confided. According to him, his fight against illness is also what guided his life. “I tell myself that I am lucky and that I must take advantage of it.” added Olivier Siroux. And his participation in the Bachelor was the first crazy experience he embarked on in 2003. Moreover, since then, the program has always stuck with him. “People when I meet them always ask me the same question ‘what are you doing now?’ And that’s what I’ve always done, be an entrepreneur.” he explained.
