  • The registration date has been set for January 2, 2025.
  • The general reporting and investigation meeting was scheduled for January 16, 2025.
  • The restructuring plan, the special audit and the final accounting meeting will be held on February 8, 2025.

The KSV1870 offers all creditors the representation in this case.
