Fees and one-off payments
Until February 2025, employees will receive a one-off payment of 600 euros. The fees will increase by 2.0 percent from April 1, 2025 and by a further 3.1 percent from April 1, 2026.
Trainee compensation
They will increase significantly disproportionately by 140 euros from January 1, 2025 and by a further 3.1 percent from April 1, 2026.
Tariff additional money
From 2026, the T-ZUG B will be increased from the current 18.5 percent to 26.5 percent of the basic wage. In the tariff district of Bavaria, this means an increase from 630 euros to over 900 euros. Lower salary groups benefit more from this fixed amount. Instead of paying out the T-ZUG B, the transformation money can be postponed in the future for economic reasons. The T-Money is now due annually in July instead of February in the amount of 18.4 percent of a monthly salary.
Choice: time or money
From 2025, part-time employees will also be able to choose between money and time for the first time.

Opportunity to exchange money twice for eight additional days off is expanded to include three additional options to exchange money for six additional days off. In the future, eligible employees will be able to exchange money for time a total of five times.
