Shonda Rhimes (54), writer of the American medical drama ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, revealed the secret to losing about 70 kg.
According to Today.com, a subsidiary of NBC Broadcasting, on the 12th (local time), Rhimes decided to change her body after not being able to fasten her seatbelt on an airplane in 2014. He said, “For me, losing weight wasn’t just about reducing the number on the scale. It was about feeling good and being healthy.”
Rhimes first went to the hospital and underwent a physical examination to determine his health status. He said, “I wanted to know where I should start (to lose weight).”

“I don’t go on a diet,” Rhimes said in a video making pizza. “There are times when I make pizza,” he said. “When I need a break, making pizza with my child is a refreshing change. “Taking a step back sometimes energizes me and allows me to be creative,” he explained.

Aim for about 15 minutes, but exercise for just a few minutes on days when you don’t have time.
