This is a community event organized by Hope Street Food Pantry, which will offer support to families with free food for both Thanksgiving like for Christmas. On this occasion, the dish is designed for the November holiday and attendees will receive turkey or ham and other food for three days. No appointment is required, nor will identification be requested.

The Colombian Association of North Carolina, through its recreational program “Put life into your years” will hold a Thanksgiving dinner that will feature music, food, drinks and other activities. The invitation is for older adults.

For more than seven decades, this parade organized by Novant Health has grown to become an icon of the Queen City to inaugurate Christmas and this year will be no exception and downtown Charlotte will be dressed in magic to receive a visual and sound show full of floats, talented artists, music bands and lots of color.
