Disneyland Paris has just launched its recruitment campaign for the year 2025. The approach includes an audition tour across Europe to “look for cultural diversity and different languages spoken, such as Italian”, explained Cécile Balta, director of human resources. The result is between 7,000 and 8,000 jobs, including 1,500 on permanent contracts, specifies The Parisian this Tuesday.
2,500 catering positions
“It is the same ratio as in 2024. This concerns contracts in the park as well as in hotels or at Disney Village,” explained Cécile Balta. We recruit mainly in the reception and hotel trades, customer relations in reception, attraction facilitator… » In addition, 2,500 positions are open in catering, a field in constant tension whose key recruitment criteria are mastery of English and French, as well as the ability to communicate and smile.
For three years, workshops have been organized within the park located in Marne-la-Vallée (Seine-et-Marne) to introduce third-year students to the different arts and crafts professions practiced on site, such as decorator or glazier. “It’s to inspire young people in these professions,” commented Marie-Françoise Arrighi, social and environmental responsibility project manager. We will further develop this lever in the future. »
