Your mission
Our client, a recognized organization in the field of auditing and accounting, is looking for a Team Manager (M/F) for their specific LMNP department. This position, based in Villeurbanne (Charpennes), is to be filled as part of the development of the activity. You will join a dynamic and human team, under the responsibility of the LMNP Department Director.
As an LMNP Team Manager (M/F), you will play a key role in leading and supporting the accounting teams, while ensuring good organization and compliance with file production deadlines .
Your missions:
– Joint management of the accounting team consisting of 15 people.
– Organization and management of the production of accounting files.
– Strict monitoring of annual collection of accounting documents.
– Assignment of files and VAT declarations within the team, ensuring that tasks are effectively distributed.
The position offers great autonomy and serious responsibilities in a stimulating environment.
Location: Villeurbanne
Salary: 40 to 48kEUR gross per year
Benefits: 7 days of RTT, possible teleworking, flexible work schedule (4.5 days per week)
Your profile
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the area of furniture rental for non-professionals (LMNP) and with strong experience in team management. In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and regulations related to LMNPs is essential.
The ideal candidate will have team leadership skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. He/she must also be comfortable supervising teams in a challenging environment, while ensuring a good working atmosphere.
