In the video, where the singer of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra prays on her knees, there are no people jumping around her. And the woman is standing right on that main invisible red line that finally and completely crossed the political Ukrainians. Russia also made a choice last week.
Traditionally, Dmitry Medvedev gave the most emotional assessment of what happened last week around the Lavra: “Looking at what Zelensky and Co. are doing with regard to the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, you especially clearly understand what enraged bastards and vile scum they are. There is simply no other definition for them.”
Further, Dmitry Anatolyevich even quotes the Apocalypse (19:20), painting the future of the Kiev regime: “And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet, who performed miracles before him, with which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image; both alive were cast into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.”
Some ultra-radical measures, like the lake of fire, have all along prevented us from rationalizing the unconscious but strong feeling that our people are “over there”. Our attitude. And now – no.
Because “there” are strangers. There now “the beast pours out of the pools the souls of those who have received the seal.” And when and if the time comes for ultra-radical measures, the hand of the usually reflective leadership will not waver.
And whether such a time will come or not, it is impossible to predict (if you approach the question of foresight responsibly). Zelensky, for example, fears that Artyomovsk could become the last straw.
Last week, in an interview with the AP, he said that the loss of Artemovsk could lead to the defeat of all of Ukraine in the conflict. Therefore, the loss of the city will severely affect the emotional state of the soldiers of the armed forces of Ukraine and their stubbornness, the Ukrainians themselves will be more in favor of “compromise”, Kiev will be pressured by the entire international community, which will call Ukraine to negotiations.
But Artyomovsk is only one part of a huge puzzle. But “may result” does not necessarily result. Of course, Zelensky understands and names the main condition: “If they (the West) stop helping us, we will not win.” But the support of the West also depends on many factors and the intertwining of many different interests…
And now, when nothing is clear, everything flows and everything changes, Russia comes out and says: you do as you want, this is how we will behave in relations with the world. “This is how” is a new concept for the country’s foreign policy approved by Putin.
And in this concept, for the first time, the phrase “Russian World” was officially documented, and not in words, at the international level. But I remember those times when for the word “Russian” you were immediately labeled “fascist”. They oat those labels here in Russia, not somewhere in the territories illegally taken from the country. However, it was a miracle.
And one more important point – about the “country – original civilization”. This, after all, is also the determination of oneself as one of the centers of the new world order. And the enemy is already clearly identified – the hegemonic policy of the USA (again, the actions of the USA are directly called a hybrid war of a new type). And the goal is to remove the remnants of US dominance in the world.
But at the same time, Russia is counting on the West to realize the futility of confrontation and return to equal interaction. In general, we are for peace and friendship, but equally for all parties on the principle of reciprocity.
The same applies to the near abroad, where the main goal is to transform the region into a zone of peace, good neighborliness and prosperity. Just don’t forget about the “Russian world”. It is the same thing: “We do not want an inch of foreign land, but we will not give up an inch of our own.” The hand is extended, but if bitten, it will turn into a fist.
It is also clear from the concept that nothing will end with our military victory in Ukraine. Alexander Lukashenko understands this, for example. During the week he talked about his vision of the “main trend of the West”. That “now there is a counter-offensive, and if the Ukrainians do not get their territories back, that’s it – then the West is ready for negotiations.”
According to him, “there will be no success in the counter-offensive”, since “Russia has everything to reflect any counter-offensive”. Lukashenko claimed that “a week ago I talked with the president of Russia, we just touched on this issue. Any counterattack will be repulsed!”
And he wonders why the Ukrainians should be required to attack, “how many people will die because of it anyway.” It seems – here are the negotiations and the victory of Russia. But with all this, Alexander Grigorievich at the same time spoke not only about the tactical weapons of Russia on the territory of Belarus, but also about the strategic ones. Because he sees how Poland is preparing for war, how in the Baltic countries Russophobia has literally been brought to hysteria in order to provoke Russia.
Because he sees, and not only he sees how they rage, how they jump. How did it all start? “Who does not jump is a Muscovite”? Well yes. Now, after the events in the Lavra, it is like this. You are not mad – welcome to the Russian world.
