DPS-New Beginning killed Hasan Aziz and 11 more of Ahmed Dogan’s men in Kardzhali. This was announced on the Facebook page of the party structure in Kardzhali. The decision was made at a meeting of the DPS-Kardzhali City Council.
“12 people were expelled from the party for non-compliance with the documents of the Law and Program of the PP “Movement for Rights and Freedoms”, the message reads.
Ahmed Mollahasan, Yusein Ahmed, Kadir Mustafov were expelled from the DPS on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 4 subject 4 of the Statute of the DPS, which states that members of the DPS are excluded for “their own application to register without a decision from the party in parliamentary and local elections; membership in another party; working for the benefit of other parties or independent candidates; working against the party in elections.” During the campaign for early parliamentary elections, they were candidates for people’s representatives from the “APS” coalition, which did not include the DPS.
Hassan Aziz, Pembe Choban, Bahri Yumer, Mehmed Mehmed, Mesud Bekir, Basrie Khairula, Shukri Ismail, Durgut Ahmed, Okan Ali are still outside the ranks of the DPS Statute DPS for “creating conditions for schism and factionalism, endangering the integrity of the party and the governing bodies “During the campaign, they worked openly and publicly against DPS, campaigning for the interest of the coalition “APS”.
The exclusion proposal was unanimously supported by members of the DPS Board of Directors.
DPS-New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski called an extraordinary national conference of the party on December 22. His reasons are that, after the split in the party, it must be cleansed of “traitors” and “rascals”.
The last conference of the movement was on February 24, 2024. It was then that Delyan Peevski and Cevdet Chakarov were elected president on the recommendation of the honorable chairman Ahmed Dogan.
