Piazza Affari floats thanks to the banks. Focus on US CPI

The financial session on Piazza Affari is turning positivewhich is in pole position among the European stock lists, hit today by generalized sales. In France in the 3rd quarter the unemployment rate rose to 7.2% from 7.1% in the previous period. No other relevant European data is scheduled today, while in the United States the focus is on October inflation.

The Euro/US Dollar is essentially stable and stands at 1.063. Gold continues trading with a fractional gain of 0.45%. Slightly rising session for the petrolium (Light Sweet Crude Oil), which advances to 68.3 dollars per barrel.

Slight improvement in the spread, which drops to +126 basis points, with a drop of 2 basis points, while the yield of the 10-year BTP stands at 3.65%.

Among the European price lists Frankfurt hesitates, losing 0.46%, London remains close to parity (-0.14%), and Paris is essentially weak, recording a decline of 0.44%.

Business Square the session continues with a fractional gain on the FTSE MIB of 0.21%, while, on the contrary, the FTSE Italia All-Share moves around parity, continuing the day at 35,802 points. The FTSE Italia Mid Cap consolidates its previous levels (-0.06%); the FTSE Italia Star saw a fractional decline (-0.66%).

Among them best Italian shares large capitalization, toned Banca MPS which shows a nice advantage of 3.18%. BPER in the spotlight, with a large progress of 2.96%. Positive trend for Prysmian, which advanced by a discreet +1.91%. Intesa Sanpaolo advanced by 1.50%.

The worst performances, however, were recorded on STMicroelectronics, which obtained -3.78%. Sales on DiaSorin, which recorded a decline of 1.97%. Negative session for Amplifon, which showed a loss of 1.78%. Leonardo is under pressure, suffering a decline of 1.67%.

Between the best stocks in the FTSE MidCapDe’ Longhi (+5.76%), Digital Value (+4.29%), El.En (+1.67%) and The Italian Sea Group (+1.48%).

The strongest sales, however, are seen on Comer Industries, which continues trading at -3.76%. Carel Industries slipped, with a clear disadvantage of 2.83%. Juventus is in the red, showing a sharp decline of 2.77%. Ferretti’s negative performance stands out, falling by 2.15%.
