The Barrière Group teams spilled the beans two weeks ago, specifying that their ambassador Yann Migeon would take part in the next edition of the EPT Paris and its FPS. The PokerStars teams are following suit today by making the news official: Paris will once again be entitled to a stage of the European Poker Tour in a few weeks.
Appointment is made at the Palais des Congrès from February 12 to 23 for a stopover, organized in partnership with Barrière, which will attempt to set new attendance records thanks to its capacity increased to more than 135 tables. At the start of 2024, the event was full with 1,224 entries for the EPT Main Event (i.e. the sixth attendance in the history of the EPT) and above all an absolute record of 4,149 entries for the Main Event of France PokerSeries.
Online satellites for the event will begin this Sunday, November 17, with their sights set on a package worth 8,000 € including the Main Event buy-in, eight nights at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile for two people, and finally an envelope of €484 to cover miscellaneous costs. Satellites for the FPS will also be offered, this time with a package worth €3,300 at stake. And of course, the Power Path will also roll out the red carpet for you with:
- a Gold Pass worth €9,300 including entry to the EPT Main Event and, your choice, accommodation or entries for the FPS and FPS Cup;
- and a Silver Pass worth €2,300 including entries for the FPS and FPS Cup.
While waiting for the presentation of the complete program of the Parisian festival, note that the circuit will then play the card of continuity with stages firmly anchored in the calendar and in the hearts of the players:
- the EPT Monte Carlo from April 30 to May 10;
- then EPT Barcelona from August 18 to 31.
