Gable Steveson returns to wrestling after NFL failure

Gable Steveson was fired from WWE in May 2024 and he decided to leave Olympic wrestling as a bonus and change direction by moving towards American football as previously mentioned on Catch-Newz.

Indeed, his adventure in wrestling (where he had won several medals) had completely ended while Gable Steveson hoped to become a WWE Superstar.

A few weeks after the firing, Gable Steveson signed as a defensive end for the Bills in the NFL, but found himself fired from the team after one game in August 2024.

Now, Gable Steveon is returning to Olympic wrestling. The Minnesota wrestling team announced to everyone’s surprise that Gable Steveson was going to return for the season which begins on November 24, 2024. He will therefore join the ranks of the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the same team as he represented at the time.

Gable Steveson had a record of 85 victories for 2 defeats. It now remains to be seen how it will behave after two years of inactivity.

It will also be worth monitoring whether or not he decides to resume discussions with a wrestling company.
