If the license of the Czech company is revoked, the SKEVR must appoint a “Special Manager” who will guarantee the supply of electricity to consumers. However, he will not have the right to sell the electricity network in Western Bulgaria, because it will remain entirely the property of the enterprise.
The other energy companies EVN and Energo Pro are adamant that they comply with their privatization contracts and the regulations imposed on them by the regulator. However, they insist that the various methods of purchasing energy from individual plants should be abolished. The three electricity distribution companies have already been fined for violations.
