According to the socialist, the actions that the BSP is currently proposing are possible. Ninova expressed her positive assessment that some of them were also present in Rosen Plevneliev’s speech.
Cornelia Ninova added that she does not know who will be at the head of the office. She expressed hope that the prime minister would be a competent person. Regarding the BSP’s concern that the elections could be manipulated, the deputy stated that they will now be calm if the leadership team in the Ministry of Internal Affairs is not partisan and if there are no GERB representatives there.
Regarding the lists of the socialist party, Kornelia Ninova stated that there should be continuity, new faces, there should be an opening to the civil quota, a balance should be found. Ninova commented and refused to Sergey Stanishev to be prime minister if the BSP wins. According to her, his action is strong and statesmanlike, and it shows that for him power is really not an end in itself. The socialist reported that there was no discussion at all about who could be prime minister from the BSP and clarified that it is still too early for such talks.
Kornelia Ninova once again turned the BSP’s request for a full analysis of the state’s financial situation to be made.
The red deputy did not miss the topic of smuggling. She stated that she does not think that it can be strengthened now, given that the state is shaken, and explained that smuggling has gone beyond all limits.
