EXPO REAL, Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investments, is expanding its portfolio to include a trade fair in Asia. EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place in Singapore from June 15th to 17th, 2026. The new event brings together the key players in the real estate, infrastructure and investment industries in Asia Pacific and offers a comprehensive range of business development, networking and knowledge exchange.

EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place parallel to the World Cities Summit (June 14-16, 2026), a platform for government representatives and industry experts. The event is organized by the Center for Liveable Cities (CLC) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority. The strategic co-location of the two events will further strengthen the exchange between actors from the infrastructure and environmental sectors, including the areas of urban policy and planning, research and innovation, real estate and urban development, and create additional synergies.
