Product payment information
– To make a deposit without a bankbook, you can deposit the product payment amount through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank.
– The name of the depositor entered at the time of order must match the name of the actual depositor. Payment must be made within 24 hours of ordering to complete the order. Orders without payment will be automatically canceled.
– Cash receipts can only be processed if requested through the product inquiry bulletin board within 30 days of receiving the product. If it is after 30 days, you must voluntarily report it to the National Tax Service.

Shipping Information:
– W Label has a delivery agency contract with Post Office Courier.
– If the order amount is over 70,000 won, free shipping is available. If the order amount is less than 70,000 won, a shipping fee of 3,000 won will be charged.
– The delivery period takes 5 to 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of payment completion, but in the case of a surge in orders and delayed arrival products (products on reorder), an additional preparation period of up to 3 weeks may be required.
Exchange and return information
– If you wish to exchange/return after receiving the product, you must notify the bulletin board or customer service center of your intention within 7 days from the date of shipment along with the reason for exchange/return. After approval that exchange and return are possible, follow the instructions and return the product with a w label. You must send it in order to process it. (Unreceived returns will be returned with cash on delivery.)
– The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind. W Label will cover shipping costs for exchanges/returns due to defective products or incorrect delivery. (Defective products can only be exchanged for the same product, same size, and same color)

– Products with signs of wear, scent, and contamination
– When the value of the product has decreased significantly
– Products that have been artificially repaired and washed (products damaged due to careless washing)
– Products whose wearing status cannot be confirmed (bags, innerwear, swimwear, accessory products)
– Custom-made and custom-made products
In the above cases, exchange or return is not possible even if the product is defective.
(There may be wrinkles that occur during delivery, seam and chalk marks during the manufacturing process, and differences in the positions of the stitching and pattern.
Miscellaneous dirt and scratches on the fabric itself, fabric odor, and bond marks on accessories cannot be reasons for defect.)
