A modular city was officially presented at the regional hospital for war veterans. These are 10 houses, each of which is designed for 2 people. During the treatment, soldiers and, if necessary, their relatives will live there.
The Rivne Regional Council developed the project and estimate documentation, laid the foundation, arranged engineering networks and improved the territory, and the company “Nova Poshta” purchased the houses.

During the design, the needs of people with reduced mobility and people with disabilities were taken into account as much as possible. In particular:
- doors, ramps, steps, handrails, toilets and other elements of the room ensure easy maneuverability of wheelchairs;
- fire and gas alarms, evacuation signals equipped with visual or vibrating warnings available for hearing by persons with hearing impairments;
- the toilets are equipped with an emergency alarm and notification system, taking into account the needs of people with visual and hearing disabilities.
According to the co-owner of the “New Post” Vyacheslav Klymov, the Rivne Regional Veterans Rehabilitation Center is considered one of the best in Ukraine. During this period, 22 Novoposthov veterans have already been rehabilitated there. Therefore the company has decided to invest in the development of the facility, so that even more people in need of rehabilitation can receive dignified conditions.
