The Gräfliche Park Health & Balance Resort is looking for a part-time marketing consultant (m/f/d) (25 hours/week) to strengthen its team as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- You lead and design marketing at the Gräflicher Park Health & Balance Resort in a team together with management, PR and other specialist departments
- You develop ideas, strategies and measures for communication with our guests, new customers and other stakeholders
- They organize marketing collaborations, sales promotion events, roadshows and trade fair appearances
- You develop formats and means for online and direct marketing, advertising and customer loyalty, flyers, mailings, advertisements, banners, etc.
- Briefing and controlling agencies
- You design content, communication and dialogue for print, web and social media
Your qualifications:
- A completed degree or comparable training
- Professional experience in marketing for hotels, tourism, events or gastronomy is desirable
- You are well versed in using print and online media and have a high affinity for social media platforms
- You have a true organizational talent and work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner
- You are characterized by a high hands-on and service mentality
- You have strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
- You have high communicative and social skills and are able to inspire other people with ideas
- Initial experience with online marketing and knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe programs are an advantage
- They appreciate a first-class hotel, good style and hospitality as well as the dedicated work in a wonderful team
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
