30 days southwest from/to Los Angeles as a couple in May 2025

Hello everyone,
After I was able to pick up a lot of great information here, I feel ready to post a first/rough draft of a route plan. As you can see, the last few days are not yet completely certain because we cannot estimate the status of Highway 1 in May. A second uncertainty is the long route on day 19. Are there better alternatives/stops? I’ve never been traveling in an RV before and not in the southwest of the USA – so this planning is very much based on gut feeling or based on plans and reports here in the forum. Have we planned too much or too little time somewhere or have we made a mistake in the route?
