Dolzago: Juggling and Hatha Yoga courses for the well-being of adults and children

The Municipality of Dolzago promotes two new cultural and sporting initiatives open to citizens: Juggling and Hatha Yoga courses to rediscover the art of movement and physical and mental well-being. Both courses will take place in the primary school gym.
The course of Juggling it will be a unique opportunity to get closer to an ancient art over 4,000 years old that brings extraordinary benefits in terms of concentration, coordination and listening skills. Suitable for people of all ages, this discipline improves the connections of the white matter in the brain, promoting the development of areas related to vision and movements. The course will be held every Tuesday from 8.30pm to 9.30pm in the gym of the Dolzago primary school. The route is structured to include all age groups. GiocoCirco, dedicated to children aged 3 to 5, offers a cheerful first approach to juggling through circus-inspired games that help the little ones discover their bodies and improve balance. For children aged 6 and up, the program introduces classic juggling tools, such as balls, hula hoops and flower sticks, stimulating imagination, self-esteem and teamwork.

The lessons are designed to respect the rhythm and needs of each participant, offering a personalized approach that facilitates awareness of one’s body and needs.
This course is ideal for improving mental awareness, reducing anxiety and stress, and on a physical level increasing proprioception, strength and flexibility. Each class includes a session of asanas (poses), conscious breathing and relaxation for a complete and rejuvenating experience.
Lessons will be held on Mondays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and on Fridays from 6pm to 7pm, always in the primary school gym. For information and registration, contact Alice at the number on the poster.
