On November 12, the results of the Chechen Chess Championship among schoolchildren will be summed up in Grozny

⚡️⚡️⚡️On Tuesday, November 12, the final stage of the Chechen Republic Chess Championship among schoolchildren will take place.

The tournament is organized by the Chess Federation of the Chechen Republic, with the support of the Ministry of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic.

“The tournament is being held for the second year in a row and is aimed at developing interest in chess among the younger generation, identifying and supporting young chess players. Schoolchildren from different cities and regions of the Chechen Republic take part in the competition, which gives young chess players the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, sports spirit and love for chess in a friendly but competitive environment,” Deputy Minister of the Ministry of National Information of the Chechen Republic Tamerlan Dainiev said about the tournament.

The competition is held in two age categories: grades 1–6 and grades 7–11. The winners will receive valuable prizes from participants who took first place.
third places will receive 55-inch Tricolor TVs, soundbars and sets with headphones, a power bank and a speaker. The guys who take first place in their categories will receive an additional prize of 100 thousand rubles. For the second year in a row, prizes and gifts for tournament participants are provided by the general partner of the tournament, Tricolor.
