From Thursday, November 7, self-placement is open and vaccination starts on Monday, November 11
On Monday, November 11, the flu / covid vaccination campaign is now open to the entire population, that is, those for whom vaccination is recommended to avoid problems in their health status.
Everyone in these groups can now request an appointment through the Salud Informa application.
Vaccination began on October 1 in nursing homes and health and social workers attached to these residences, as well as primary school caregivers and pregnant women. After that, other population groups for whom vaccination is recommended were added to the campaign, such as those over 85 years of age, for whom the vaccine began to be given on October 14, or children, from 21 October.
Starting this Monday, the vaccine can be obtained for all groups for which this vaccine is recommended. The basic goal of the campaign is to protect against flu and covid people with a greater probability of problems due to age or previous pathologies.

Appointments outside the normal flu/covid cycle
There are population groups where the vaccine is recommended that will not be able to make an appointment through the Salud Informa application. In this case, there are, for example, daycare workers or caregivers who, because of their age, do not fall into the risk groups. In order to receive the vaccine, these people must have a nursing appointment beforehand.
