This is our first store in Kobe as a sister store of “Shinsaibashi Roastery”, which is run by Japan’s top roasters and baristas who won Japan’s No. 1 Roasting Award (JCRC2023 Champion). The giant roasting machine installed in the shop is made in America and costs 24 million yen!

The store’s recommendation is the Barrel Aged Blend. We use Kobe beans that have been aged and seasoned in barrels that were used to make whiskey at Rokkosan Distillery. Light roasted coffee with a rich whiskey flavor comes with piping hot petit taiyaki.

The recommended drink for this season is “Nada no Nama Ippon,” which is produced from autumn to winter, and bottles from eight production companies are lined up at the shop. .
