“This study was conducted using technical measurement tools. The results were negative, which confirms my words. I did not drink alcohol. Moreover, neither my behavior nor my appearance, recorded by the traffic police officers’ cameras themselves, in any way indicated that I was in an altered state of consciousness,” – explained Sukachev.
However, the traffic police officers asked for a medical examination.
“I will remind you that my interaction with traffic police officers has already taken a long time. I was stopped late at night, which only increased my stress. For reasons easily understood by a driver, or any tired person, I refused to waste my precious time on another proof, which was obvious even to traffic police officers, that I was sober,” – he explains.
At the same time, according to Sukachev, crimes were committed by traffic police officers: all the necessary documents were not drawn up to record their actions in relation to me and the car; in the video recording of the traffic police officers themselves, the forms that should have already been filled out at the time of recording, were empty; Later it turned out that their collection time was exactly the same, down to the moment, which was again drawn to the attention of the defense.
Only one of the law enforcement officers testified in court, “The witness (witness), on the other hand, said that I was polite, during the necessary procedure and that when I was communicating with traffic police officers, my behavior was according to the situation and everything was fine. to my face.” At the same time, the witness said that she was not present at all the procedures.
