In what will be the Super Weekend of national hockey – considering the finals of the Central League – this Saturday and Sunday the Semifinals and Finals of the XIV season of the Master Hockey League will also be played. The details of this closing of the contest, in the following illustrative items.
1. Academia. Los Albiverdes They are the ones with the most titles in the category, five in total (Clausura 2018, Gold Cup 2018, Apertura 2019, Gold Cup 2019 and Clausura 2022). However, last season they reached third place. Will they return, this Sunday, to the highest step of the podium?
2. Huachipato. Los steelmakers they return to the Final Fourafter finishing in fifth place in 2023. Their record shows four emblems in the LHM: 2011, 2012, 2014 and Clausura 2016. Will they break, this time, the streak of eight years without taking the crown?
3. Llano Master. Monja Alférez’s men also have four stars in the League (2009, 2015, Apertura 2017 and Apertura 2018). They reach the final stage with the clean and jerk of the title in the 126th Anniversary Tournament of Internacional de Regatas, in Brazil, plus their competition in the Taca Latina. Will that be enough to celebrate again in the local competition, after six years?

4. San Miguel Student. With only two seasons in the LHM, the Yellow Submarine shows the titles of the Apertura 2022 and the last 2023 season. Will those from Calle Pirámide manage to stay at the top of the competition?
5. Red Star. Those from Villa Macul are the current owners of the Silver Cup, with 2023 being, so far, their best season in the master competition. Will the silver trophy remain in the display cases of Anthony’s gang Risen Pereira?
6. IDF. Los Listedalso with only two seasons in the competition, are the current runners-up of the Gold Cup. Now they are going for the Silver Cup, to continue adding emblems to their flags.
7.Camuvii. This being their third season in the League, the Casineros They were already, in the Silver Cup, runners-up in 2018 and fifth last year. Will it be time for the trophy to go to Viña del Mar?
8. León Prado. The institutes were, in 2019, one step away from winning the Silver Cup, an area in which they also scored third place in 2016. With 2024 being the moment when 70 years of hockey will be celebrated at Gran Avenida 3696, won’t it be ideal to add to the party by reaching the trophy?
9. University of Chile. Los Bluesin their seventh season in the League, aim to win the Bronze Cup to surpass their best historical placements, so far: third in the aforementioned trophy in 2016; and third in the 2019 Silver Cup.

10. Fernández Vial. On his return to the League, this being his third season, the Admiral He was already champion of the Silver Cup in 2019. Will he score something similar, for the Bronze Cup, this time?
11. Child. The Peñaflorinos, last year, registered third place in the Silver Cup, this being their best season in the LHM, so far. Will they surpass that award with the Bronze Cup?
12. Cobresal. Los miners, In their sixth season, they confirm that they are always on the rise. They have already won the Bronze Cup in 2018, the Silver Cup in 2019 and runners-up for the silver trophy in 2023. Will they add their third cup this weekend?

13. Penalties. If any of the twelve matches scheduled in these last days of the season end with a tie, after 44 minutes of play, the definition will immediately proceed through penalty kicks to determine the winner.
14. Arbitration. As has been the case throughout the season, the masters matches will have the referees of Luis Reyes, Claudio Carrillo and Ramón Méndez – something like the Three Musketeers of the Referee – plus Ruth Carrillo at the table.
15. Transmissions. Also as has happened throughout the development of the championship, the alternatives of the twelve matches will be broadcast through the channel Youtube of Skates and Chuecas.
