The film shows how a man who passed just a few meters from where he was standing was walking dragging what appeared to be a wheelbarrow, while a bus and multiple private vehicles were stranded in the middle of the floods.
“I’m fine because I only have a bicycle and I can walk, but here there are a number of school routes that don’t know what to do with the children, they are trying to take them out and return them to their school,” said the bicycle user.
