The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) accused, early this afternoon, an American citizen of committing the crime of certified homicide in which her husband, a 44-year-old American missionary, was the victim.

The declaration was made today in the city of Lubango, the capital of the province of Huíla, by the director of institutional communication and the press office of the general directorate of the SIC, director general Manuel Halaiwa.
During the press conference, Manuel Halaiwa said that the death of an American citizen, who was on a religious mission in the province, was ordered by Jaqueline Shroyer, 43 years old, at least, the victim’s wife .
The SIC continues this afternoon with the reconstruction of the crime with the participation of one of the perpetrators of the actions that led to the death of an American citizen, which happened on the 26th of last month in the town of Palanca , Humpata town, Huila province.
