/ world today news/ A debate is needed for the “Belene” project, said Daniela Bobeva in the “Panorama” program.
“Trust is not given as a gift. It must be built. I feel it as a responsibility to do the right things,” said the Deputy Prime Minister.
“The budget debate was very interesting. Many points of view were heard. Plamen Oresharski explained the current situation very well. In recent years, all governments have tried to harmonize legislation with the directives of the European Union. The government is currently making new changes to the Public Procurement Act. It’s very good that we can make changes that people want,” added Bobeva.
“Plamen Oresharski was elected with a program that talked about possibly renewing the construction of the Belene NPP.” There were three points at stake where this could happen. I don’t think it’s a surprise that this issue is being raised again. No one said that we are restarting the construction of the plant. Our society needs a big debate on this topic.”
“The most urgent thing for the government to do is to provide a breath of fresh air for small and medium-sized businesses. The first step in this direction is the access of small companies to public procurement, revealed Bobeva. I work very well. Every day I meet with citizens and civil organizations. Precisely because I hear my protests, I do my job well,” concluded the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.
