The Sofitel Montevideo Casino Carrasco & Spa organized a new meeting of its cycle Chefs invited to 1921. This is an initiative carried out in the hotel restaurant, where the executive chef, Maximiliano Matsumoto, invites colleagues from the world of gastronomy to share a dinner with prominent diners. On this occasion, the guest of the night was Walter Lui, one of the most prominent oriental cuisine chefs on Argentina’s current gastronomic agenda.

The dinner consisted of a six-step pairing that covered a large part of the Collection line of the Rutini winery, one of the most important of the Argentine brand. Within the line, the new labels Rutini Sauvignon Blanc 2024 and Rutini Malbec 2020 stood out.
A table located in a reserved area of the restaurant brought together 20 select guests, among whom were the authorities of the Rutini winery, such as its main winemaker, Mariano Di Paola, and the Exports manager, Gustavo Arroyat. In addition, representatives of Soldo Hnos. attended, among whom were Pablo Soldo, Santiago Celi and Lucía Irazusta.
