Born in 1976, Belinda Davids began her life as a performer in the small coastal town of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where she spent most of her time in church singing gospel songs.
She discovers her future idol on the title Hold mea song that will mark her with its musical style with gospel influences and its text which resonates with her family values and her modest background. It was a real crush and a revelation for Belinda, who tirelessly practiced singing Whitney Houston at every opportunity during family gatherings, singing competitions and even in the street.
