The Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs about the start of accepting applications for participation in the competitive selection for the scholarship program of the Government of the People’s Republic of China “Chinese Government Scholarship” (type “A”) for training, internship, advanced training and scientific work in Chinese universities as part of the admissions campaign for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Russian citizens who are full-time students in educational programs of higher education that have state accreditation, programs for training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in graduate school, or who are scientific, scientific-pedagogical workers or administrative and managerial employees are allowed to participate in the competitive selection personnel of Russian educational organizations of higher education and scientific organizations.
Candidates for participation in the competitive selection must submit two sets of documents: the Russian side to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Chinese side to the China Scholarship Council (a subordinate agency of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China).
Documents are accepted by the parties during the period from November 1 by December 20, 2024, 15:00 Moscow time.
The consent form for the processing of personal data, a letter form with a list of recommended candidates, as well as forms and examples of filling out a number of other documents requested by the Russian and Chinese parties are posted on the website of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Intereducation” in the section “Academic Mobility” – “Programs” (China) via the link: https://mobility.ined.ru/academicmobility/programs.
