Borisov waved his finger at the coalition partners –

/ world today news/ Here I just want to ask you, since health reform, justice reform, security, and the anti-corruption strategy are about to be adopted in the parliament, I will ask all the parliamentary groups that represent the coalition in the parliament to comply with the decision of MS and what we vote.

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov made such an appeal to the ministers at today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers (Council of Ministers), it became clear from the government transcript.

“It would be a very bad sign for some of these reforms or what we propose to come out on behalf of the cabinet, because we all raise our hands here, in the parliament, for one or another reform to be shamed. So, is it Kalfin, Moskov, Ivanov or Bachvarova , it has absolutely no importance, what we take as a decision here, our parliamentary groups are obliged to implement it,” insists Borisov.

According to him, the ministers and he are sent to the Council of Ministers by the parties that have the mandate to govern, with the only requirement for each of them to be the best possible expert and, once a minister proposes it, to support each other.

“We rely on the expertise of what, in this case, Kalfin is proposing, whether Moscow is proposing, Ivanov has already passed, he must go to the parliament, Ms. Kuneva or Bachvarova, please, when you go to groups or to party leaders, I take care of GERB , of course, to be supported. It would be a very unpleasant sign, it would sound very unpleasant in the society, in the parliament, to shame reforms that the cabinet has already adopted, and you see that we are trying to do it in such a way that with employers , with unions, with the greatest possible consensus to go in this direction,” said the Prime Minister.

He emphasizes to his ministers that anyway at some point they will rely on the opinion of the social partners and it is better to listen to them in order to find compromises. “Yes, it takes a lot of time and nerves sometimes, and resources, especially resources, time you have to set aside, but the effect afterwards is better. That’s what we did with Hristo Ivanov – how many Sundays, how many meetings with prosecutors, judges, MPs from different groups. At first, as they say, they didn’t want to sit next to each other, let alone talk about some kind of consensus, and in the end I think we found a good balance. That’s what we did with Kalfin,” explained Borisov. He pointed out that now all the time and support of the government is directed to the health reform, because it is very important and structurally determining.

The Minister of Finance, Vladislav Goranov, has notified the cabinet of the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal to cancel the decree on the minimum wage and proposed that the amount of the minimum wage, starting from January 1, 2015, be determined at the next session of the Court of Justice. Goranov clarifies that the court formally on the basis of a complaint by the employers’ organizations, he found that the consultation procedure of the Labor Code was not followed, and on a purely formal basis – for non-compliance with procedures, he accepted the cancellation of an act.

Borisov ordered him to quickly correct himself with the partner unions and employers and let him sign.
